Ready Capital Mortgage Investment Trust Hosts 1st Annual Charity Golf Tournament To Support Host Community

(Toronto, ON), Ready Capital Mortgage Investment Trust has announced the completion of its 1st ever “Annual Ready Capital Mortgage Investment Trust Charity Golf Tournament.”  The tournament was held on July 19th, 2022 at the Royal Stouffville Golf Course.

This is part of Ready Capital MIT’s corporate social responsibility programs, designed to provide financial aid and health care support to the Alzheimer Society of Canada.

In a statement by the CEO of Ready Capital MIT, Christine Xu said she feels fulfilled to make her contribution in support of the community and families living with people who are suffering from Alzheimer and dementia

“It has always been my desire to support individuals and families with people suffering from Alzheimer and dementia. My late father suffered from Alzheimer, and I need not be told that the experience isn’t an easy one. We used this opportunity to rally some funds to offer financial relief to these members of our community passing through this difficult experience,” said Christine Xu.

During the tournament, a whopping sum of $15,000 was raised from the sponsors and spectators who came to watch the tournament. Around 100 alternative mortgage lenders, lawyers, investors, agents, and spectators from within and around the community attended the 1st annual Ready Capital Mortgage Investment Trust charity golf tournament, cheering the participants while supporting Alzheimer Society of Canada.
