1.Senior Executive Assistant to CEO(总裁高级助理)(北京 多伦多)

 

Responsibilities:

•Organize and coordinate details of the division’s business planning and implementation, including liaising with departmental leaders to ensure that plans are coordinated and available for review by the CEO.

•Constantly monitor processes and practices used by the team and provide guidance to continuously improve project execution

•Manage schedules and appointments for the CEO with 100% confidentiality

•Facilitate internal communication

•Schedule internal and external meetings, conference calls, site tours, interviews, etc.

•Prepare documents and materials for all CEO’s meetings and speeches

2.Online Education Coordinator(在线教育协调员)(北京 多伦多)

Responsibilities:

•Supervise the online credit course classes and maintain close contact with team members in other countries on a day-to-day basis for quality assurance and troubleshooting on academic issues

•Provide support to instructors on technology-related issues (e.g. LMS, IT and database)

•Train and assist staff in the implementation and application of the school policies, procedures and practices

•Provide support in the educational program and course development and LMS maintenance

•Assist in preparing course schedules and other documents for each term to ensure compliance with the Ministry of Education’s requirements

•Supervise changes to instructor teaching hours and schedules and provide support to the accounting dept. to deliver accurate compensation for all such changes

•Monitor the completion and submission of instructor documentation and student assignments and assessments

3.Marketing Specialist (市场专员)(多伦多)

Responsibilities:

•Conduct research on local markets, seek and develop areas of business opportunities

•Create and implements strategic market planning analysis by identifying threats, environmental analysis, competitors to challenge and product characteristics

•Language training and high school market segmentation and product positioning analysis

•Build and drive integrated, multichannel marketing and communications programs

•Create key events, digital and social media campaigns, website optimization, advertising, and key marketing channels on local and China markets

Responsibilities:

•Maintain current HR files and databases

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

We are looking for qualified and experienced individuals to join our team of GRE/GMAT/SAT/SSAT instructors. Most classes run on Saturdays or Sundays for 3-6 hours. One-on-one tutoring can be arranged on weekdays based on both students’ and instructor’s availability.

Requirements:

•In-depth knowledge of the test formats, requirements, marking criteria, skills assessed, etc.

•High scores on one or more of the tests: GRE, GMAT, SAT, SSAT

•High standards of professional practice and quality of teaching

Responsibilities:

•Work with the Academic Coordinator and Director to organize field trips, create questionnaire surveys and collect related forms via email or WeChat.

•Help students manage monthly insurance matters.

Job Responsibilities:

•Establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with relative technicians, service providers, contractors, and support staff

•Assisting with coordinating all capital improvement work including engaging designers, engineers, contractors and attending regular site meetings

Responsibilities:

•Assist the Accounting Manager with month-end closing routines;

•Assist with financial and insurance audit work

•Reconcile outstanding payables and act to resolve outstanding items;

•Ensure payments are made on a timely basis

•Process operational payables including visa card transactions and employee expense

•Prepare operational cheques as required

•Monitor credit card and Merchant fees

•Preparing financial statement (e.g. balance sheet, statement of cash flows, P&L)
