On February 23rd, Premier Doug Ford joined by PC MPPs Daisy Wai, Billy Pang and Vincent Ke grocery shopped at Lucky Moose Food Mart in Chinatown. Recently, many Chinese businesses including restaurants and supermarkets have seen a decline in sales with the increase of the COVID-19 epidemic. While grocery shopping, Premier Ford reiterated his support for the Chinese community and the hard-working business owners and entrepreneurs. He assured everyone that the systems in place are working and that Ontario’s health care workers have done an incredible job rising to the challenge and keeping us safe and healthy.
