June 15, The fourth online activity of “Choral Singing of Seniors””

On June 15th at 7:00 PM, the fourth online activity of “Choral Singing of Seniros” will come!  Miao Miao, the vocal teacher, and Li Lu, the dance teacher will come to teach us how to sing and dance in a good way.  If you want to own an exciting experience, come and join us!

What is ” Choral Singing of Seniors”? It is to help the elderly through entertainment and professional methods to strengthen physical fitness and improve their life standard.

This activity is divided into two parts:

In the first part, RCM registered professor Miao Miao, member of Chinese Musicians Association, was invited to lead everyone to have a happy singing activity. During the singing process, she will explain the principle of breathing in detail, teach abdominal breathing and singing skills, so that everyone can relax their mood in a relaxed and interesting atmosphere, enhance immunity and health care happiness.

The second part is to invite the young dancer Li Lu teacher to lead you through dancing activities to exercise their muscles and bones, through the way of aerobic, increase their immunity, restore their spirit.

Who can join the activity ?

People in every age group could join the activity, and it is free for people who over 55 years old.
