Imperceptibly, “Choral Singing of Seniors” has gone to the fifth section. Looking back, all our friends actively participated in it. Although it was only a two-hour period, it made everyone feel happy and own a colourful time. Compared with before, their physical health has improved significantly. This is also due to everyone’s persistent singing and active exercise, with our teacher’s careful teaching and guidance, they can keep up with the rhythm of every music, whether singing or dancing.
We were so pleased with the results that we will continue to do this series of events for you. Now, the fifth section is coming. In the fifth phase of the activity, a CM registered teacher, a member of The Chinese Musicians Association, teacher Miao Miao, who has rich experience in vocal music education, to lead the festive singing activities. During the singing process, we will explain the principle of breathing in detail, and teach abdominal breathing and singing skills.
In the second half, we are honored to invite Dr. Zheng Meiling (R.TCMP; R.A.C.); R.H.N.) teaches us about how to protect our voice.
