Canadian Multicultural Media Confederation celebrates the Chinese Mid-Autumn Festival Gala

The Canadian Multicultural Media Confederation held the Chinese Mid-Autumn Festival Gala at the Xinflix TV studio in the evening of September 7th 2022. Officials from three levels of government and GTA community leaders attended the gala. More than 30 city councilors candidates, three mayoral candidates and several trustee candidates met with media reporters from the Canadian Multicultural Media Confederation.

The candidates presented themselves one by one on stage and were happy to deliver the public speech.

To celebrate the Chinese Mid-Autumn Festival, Toronto-based artists presented a wonderful show at the gala, adding harmony to the pre-election tension.

The event attracted around 180 guests and more than 100 journalists from The Canadian Multicultural Media Confederation. These medias came from Chinese, Pakistan, Ukraine, El Salvador, Colombia, the Philippines, Mexico, the Caribbean and Venezuela and other communities, which truly demonstrated the alliance’s “multiculturalism”.

By building a multimedia platform, the Canadian Multicultural Media Confederation strengthened the interaction between the media and the community, represented the voice of the community, and agglomerated the power of different media organizations. The media platform played an important and positive role in further communication between city candidates and voters this year.
